At GFBC, church is designed for the whole family. Our goal is to create an atmosphere of worship where families learn together. In most churches, when families come on the campus they splinter into several different directions and never experience "church" as a family. At GFBC we worship together. As a church, we commit to providing parents with the tools necessary to fulfil the biblical mandate that God has given, "Now this is the commandment...You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength. And these words which I command you today shall be in your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up." (Deut. 6:1-7) Our services include praying, preaching, scripture reading, singing, giving, honoring, and obeying God's word. Music is selected by the depth of the lyrics and not style. We love to sing the great hymns of the faith, as well as the latest praise and worship songs too. We believe worship is more than just music and preaching. Fellowship is a lost art we would like to help you rediscover. After the service we set up tables where we eat a meal and fellowship together. (If you are a guest, we would be honored if you would join us for this fellowship meal and there is no need to bring anything.)
